Retail Shops consist of Gift Shop, Spa at The Tides Inn, Pro Shop at The Golden Eagle and the retail in the Fish Hawk oyster bar.
Work Performed :
1.
Accurate charging of merchandise in the point of sale system.
2.
Accurate handling of cash procedures.
3.
Knowledge of computer cash register and POS systems.
4.
Knowledge of merchandise.
5.
Responsible for overall cleanliness of the Retail Shops.
6.
Assist co-workers and perform all Retail Shops duties.
7.
Complete other projects as assigned by the Retail Manager.
Responsibility & Authority :
1 Responsible for Retail Shops sales.
2 Responsible for cleanliness and service and organization of display merchandise and stored products.
3 Assist and make recommendations to guests with their purchases.
4 Must possess a thorough and complete knowledge of all resort services and amenities.
5 Must practice 10-5-3 rule in relation to all guests and co-workers.
Minimum Requirements :
High school degree or equivalent.
Prior retail experience preferred.
Good communication skills necessary.
Physical Requirements :
