Responsibilities:
Implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for various departments in the organization Become and remain knowledgeable about all positions within the company Interview applicants and assist managers in making hiring decisions Extending offers and explaining on-boarding process Conduct background and reference checks Onboard new hires, assist with orientation, and new hire paperwork Monitors 30 and 90 day follow-ups on new hires Implements programs to support strong employment retention rates Develop a corporate presence in the community through participation in job fairs, social media, and appropriate workforce connections
Qualifications:
College degree in human resources, business management, or related field Three or more years of experience in recruiting and retention preferred Strong interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills Organized and able to multi-task Strong technology skills; experience with social media platforms a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
